5MinHelp allows flexible cancellations for both customers and service partners.
1. Free Cancellation Window
- Bookings can be cancelled free of charge anytime before a worker accepts or arrives at your location.
- If a worker is delayed beyond 10 minutes, you can cancel with zero fee.
2. Late Cancellation Fee
If a booking is cancelled after the worker has arrived at your address, a nominal travel fee of ₹50 may be charged to compensate the partner.
