1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and 5MinHelp Technologies ("we", "us", "our"), concerning your access to and use of our mobile applications, website, and matching services.
By accessing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Services.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers using the 5MinHelp app agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information and precise location coordinates.
- Provide a safe and secure working environment for the matched Worker.
- Authorize bookings via secure OTP sent to their mobile app.
- Pay the exact billed amount displayed in the app upon service completion.
3. Partner/Worker Rules
Gig Workers registering on the 5MinHelp Partner App agree to:
- Provide genuine background documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Skill Certificates).
- Maintain high quality ratings. Consistent ratings below 4.0 may lead to blockages.
- Acknowledge job security and verify start/finish OTPs with customers.
- Understand that payout withdrawals are processed weekly or daily to registered UPI IDs.
4. Payments & Refunds
All service payments are managed through the 5MinHelp wallet system. Wallet audits, credit/debit balances, and cash collections are logged transparently. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our specific Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
5MinHelp acts as an AI-powered matchmaking aggregator. While we run background checks, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the service execution by partners. We provide 24/7 support to resolve disputes amicably.
