1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At 5MinHelp, we stand by the quality of our service partners. If you are not satisfied with the work done by our matched professional, please raise a ticket inside the support screen of our app or email support@5minhelp.in within 24 hours of booking completion.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are eligible under the following conditions:

  • The worker failed to arrive at your location, and you were charged a booking fee.
  • The service delivered was physically incomplete or damaged your household appliances.
  • An incorrect amount was debited from your digital wallet/card during booking.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Booking fees for requests cancelled after the worker is on the way (beyond 3 minutes).
  • Consumables, parts, or accessories purchased by the worker on your behalf with your consent.

4. Processing Refunds

Once approved by our support team, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days directly to the original payment source (UPI, Credit Card, or 5MinHelp Wallet).
