Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your booking request free of charge at any time before a service partner accepts the request or starts their journey to your location.

To prevent abuse, a nominal cancellation fee (up to ₹50) may apply if you cancel a booking after the matched worker has accepted the request and is "On The Way" for more than 3 minutes.

2. Cancellation by Worker

If a matched worker cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will automatically match you with the next nearest available worker instantly. No cancellation charges apply to you in this scenario.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your active booking directly from the live map tracking screen inside the 5MinHelp customer application by clicking the "Cancel Booking" link.
